GPS Fieldwork in Papua New Guinea - July 2005
In 2005 we will be conducting fieldwork in July. During this time we intend
to:
reobserve some existing sites in the Highlands first observed in 1993 by NMB
reobserve a network of GPS sites spanning the Bismarck Sea Seismic Lineation near
Wewak
observe several sites along the northern foothills of the Highlands
and throughout the Sepik region
Sites to be observed are shown in the figures above. Light blue triangles: sites to be
observed by Unitech staff. Dark blue triangles: sites to be observed by NMB. Green
Triangles: sites to be observed by RSES/Unitech. Red dots: sites observed to date.
Where's Richard?
Richard Decrevel is at Misima until Sunday 24 July when he
will fly to Tufi for some R&R :-)
Field work completed to date
As at 14 July 2005 we have observed a total of 9 sites. Click on the
