Roads
Road from Kavieng (Boluminski Highway)
268 km (4-4.5 hrs) first 80km is bitumen
then good coronos to Fissoa
then fairly pot-holed to Namatanai.
From Namatanai (30 minutes)
0km at Major cross roads in Namatanai (near market)
Follow Boluminski Highway towards Kavieng, cross Sae River bridge
4km veer left onto West Coast road
8.3km veer left at junction
12.8km Uluputur Ptn, road bends to the left along west coast
21km Marianum Church
The site is close to the road in the grass field in front of the church

Namatanai Hotel has mains power and standby gen set
mains power is off between midday and 6 pm daily
but is still erratic, with irregular voltage
