Station marker
MNY1 is an RM of MENY
Standard PSM plaque, set in concrete. Station is located
at the south end of the NNW-SSSE Runway, on the projection of
the centreline.

Access by Road from Lae and Bulolo is possible with 4WD. Road condition OK in 2003, however deteriorates after heavy rain, or lack of maintenance. Road is sealed from lae to Bulolo and mostly in good condition after resealing in 1999, 2002 and 2003
From Lae roundabout at Shell to Menyamya, 222 km (7 hrs - 9 hrs depending upon conditions).
From Bulolo to Menyamya, 117 km (5-7 hrs depending on conditions)
Diesel fuel available at Bulolo, and occasionally at Menyamya at higher prices
